Terry Mayo - Principal

Terry Mayo is permanently located in Vancouver and has more than forty years of broad knowledge and diversified experience in the construction industry for mixed commercial, institutional, residential high-rise, and civil projects.

One of his strongest attributes is the ability to lead and communicate as a team player. He has an extreme eye for detail. He has a hands-on approach and experience with Project Management and Construction Administration ensuring compliance to all contractual documents.

Terry's single dominant quality is his ability to realize what the finish line looks like prior to commencement of the project.

Susan Hildebrand - Principal

Susan Hildebrand has over 30 years of project and construction management experience. Her extensive background in construction development and project management enables our clients to single-source this complicated process and incorporate cost-saving measures early in the design stage.

Susan was one of the pioneers in the development and implementation of on-site construction programs for waste management, reduced construction impact on the community and environment, and indoor air quality during construction. 

These programs have recently been mandated into the BC Building Step Code.
